There is no particular, from the glass to the textiles, that with their chromaticism do not praise the city of the winged lion. The coat of arms placed above the fireplace is the pride of the house which, although of modest architecture, has had noble birth.

Double room of ca. 18 sqm on the ground floor with a view of the park accessible also to disabled people with wheelchair.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning and heat pump, fridge, water kettle and led TV complete the interior layout.
At the customer’s request it becomes a delightful Suite with access to the lounge of ca. 14 sqm overlooking the river and equipped with a window door to access the garden, consisting of a comfortable sofa (if necessary sofa-bed for two people) and a fireplace, air conditioning and led TV.
Large bathroom with Wc, bidet and shower.
